Good computer skills and solution-driven. Calm under pressure, empathetic and able to communicate with many different types of people, face to face and on the phone. Must have initiative and be self-motivated.

Daily duties will vary, to include:

- Handling payments and billing questions
- Tracking policy renewals,
- Phone calls to remind clients about payments due
- Appointment setting

Could develop into a F/T position for the right person.

HOURS: M – F Noon to 6 PM

WAGE: $10/hour starting
